Welcome to Seren's annual performance review. A quick glance inside shows the remarkable range of activity going on, all aimed at fulfilling the Group's aim to deliver more for customers and communities.
This year this has been achieved by:
- Developing new services
- Improving existing services
- Ensuring that we are meeting the diverse needs of all our customers
- Looking at ways of working more efficiently so that we can use the money elsewhere to improve services
Looking ahead I am convinced that the Group's plans to improve will see real benefits for its customers.
