Messy activity

A two week activity course teaching young people life skills in south east Wales culminated in a day of paintballing.
 The scheme, supported by Charter Housing Association, Communities First Youth Development and Falklands war veteran Simon Weston's young people's charity Weston Spirit, aimed to build confidence and develop skills such as negotiation.
Charter youth project development officer Anna Prosser said the project was designed to help the young people understand their potential.
