Group aims to deliver

Four housing associations in south-east Wales have set up a consortium to work with councils in a bid to streamline the delivery of affordable housing.
GENuS, made up of Eastern Valley and Gwerin housing associations, Newport Housing Trust and the Seren Group, will invest around £130 million over the next three years towards the development of new homes and maintenance of existing properties.
The partnership also hopes to secure extra funding from the Welsh Assembly.
