REACH provides care and support services to people who would otherwise find it difficult to remain in their own homes. REACH's current client base consists mainly of adults with learning disabilities. REACH is a charitable Industrial and Provident Society and is registered with the Welsh Assembly Government. It is a newly formed company created as part of the formation of the Seren Group.
Some of the people REACH supports are also Seren Group tenants, holding a tenancy with Charter Housing Association. However, many people have other tenancies, or are homeowners, and we have a variety of support agreements with local authorities and other organisations to provide services to help them live as independent as life as possible.
