Seren Group Limited
Seren is the parent company and the strategic leader of the Group. It takes overall responsibility for setting the Group's corporate objectives, and charges Group Members with setting Business Plans and Annual Budgets which further the Group's agenda.
Seren also provides the central support services for the Group, including in particular:
- Corporate Services (Company Secretarial, Internal Audit, marketing/PR, legal etc)
- Financial Services (Treasury Management, accountancy, payroll, taxation etc)
- Central Services (administration, facilities management, insurances etc)
- Information & Communication Technology Services (ICT procurement, support and development)
- Human Resources (human resources, training, Health and Safety etc)
